How to Order

1. Please send an email to mylettergarden@gmail.com indicating the name or code of the items you wish to order and the quantity of each item. 

2. Please include in your email your mailing address, contact number and preferred mode of payment (PayPal (credit card), Internet Banking or ATM transfer) in your email. Payment by Internet Banking or ATM transfer is available if you have an account in any of the three local banks (please specify which bank if this is your preferred mode of payment).

3. My Letter Garden will reply to your email to confirm the availability of the items ordered and the total cost, including the shipping charges. 
(a) For customers residing in Singapore, please include an additional flat fee of S$3.00 for handling charges and postage by local registered mail. The handling and postage fee is waived for orders above S$30 nett. 
(b) For international customers not residing in Singapore, I will enquire at the post office on the most cost-effective way to ship your order with a tracking number and only the actual shipping cost will be charged to you.

4. When your order has been finalised, please make payment within 2 days via either PayPal or Internet banking /ATM transfer into the bank account specified in our email to you.

5.Once your payment has been received, your order will be sent out to you within 2 working days.


6. Depending on the quantity ordered, loose letter sets and memo sheets in a single order may be packed as a single letter pack, memo pack or combination pack. Should you require the items to be packed in a specific manner, please indicate in your email which items are to be packed together. A surprise gift will be included in every order.


7. For local customers, please call or SMS us at 91179775 for enquiries. For international customers, please send us your enquiries via email at mylettergarden@gmail.com.
